● Stain removal treatment

When people remove local stains, chlorine-containing bleach should be avoided. Oxygen-based stain removers are suitable because they are gentle and effective.

● Washing Principle

Dry cleaning should be the first choice to avoid potential damage caused by water washing. If people want to choose water washing, Kingstar professional washer (wet cleaning machine) can set the most appropriate washing speed and on-off ratio for different clothes.

Instructions:

- Select the gentle cycle during machine washing. This cycle has low mechanical force and short washing time, which helps reduce fabric abrasion.

- Strictly control the water temperature below 30°C (cold water is recommended). High temperatures can cause fibers to shrink, harden, and even damage the fabric structure.

- When manually setting the washing duration, keep it within 10-15 minutes. Avoid prolonged soaking or washing to prevent fiber weakening.
