Best Drying Conditions of Pure Cotton Linen

The best drying condition of cotton linen is that it still contains 7% to 8% of water. Just like human skin, cotton linen needs certain moisture to have a soft hand feeling and a more comfortable user experience. If the water is evaporated completely, the hand feeling is not soft, and the fibers tend to be brittle. The shrinkage rate of the linen also increased a lot.

● Proper Loading Capacity

Some laundry plants should not load the dryers fully. A 100kg industrial dryer means the weight of linen after drying should be 100kg. Then, the loading volume should be 70% to 80% of the inner drum of the dryer, which gives enough space for the linen. ● Linen with different cotton contents

The towels in the laundry plants are generally made of pure cotton or polyester-cotton. They have different water absorption rates and different water evaporation rates. Using three sets of linen in turn can avoid the fatigued use of linen and prolong its service life.
