2026 Asia Laundry Expo Successfully Concludes: Kingstar Showcases Manufacturing Strength

On September 23, the 2026 Asia Laundry Expo concluded in Shanghai. At an 800m² booth, Kingstar presented a comprehensive product portfolio. This made it an eye-catching exhibitor.

At the exhibition, Kingstar presented three product series: heavy-duty industrial washers, smart dryers, and commercial coin-operated washers. The product appearance attracted many visitors. They stopped by to see the equipment. They also took photos and inquired about products. On-site staff explained the equipment functions and their key advantages. They invited clients to operate it themselves. Operation experience, interface designs, and equipment details were further recognized by clients.

On the second day of the exhibition, all on-site equipment was reserved. This fully showed the market recognition of Kingstar’s product performance and brand strength. Although some clients knew Kingstar for the first time, they experienced its product quality and intelligence through on-site communication and operations. Optimized built-in laundry parameters can significantly reduce manual labor. They also help lower operating thresholds. Kingstar offers complete products. Whether it is a large industrial laundry or a hotel laundry center, a small and medium-sized laundry shop or a laundromat, Kingstar can offer proper configuration solutions.

After the exhibition, nearly 100 global clients visited Kingstar’s Nantong production center. They learned about the manufacturing processes of Kingstar smart laundry equipment. Through this visit, clients gained a deeper insight into Kingstar’s manufacturing excellence.

In the machining workshop, clients checked the processing details by touching various sheet metal parts and components. In the washer assembly workshop, they directly observed the equipment’s internal structures, such as the gaps between drum ribs and inner drums, as well as welding parts. They also inspected whether other parts contacting garments are smooth and flat. These details undergo Kingstar’s repeated tests and strict quality inspection. This ensures every detail is smooth and reliable.

For example, in process design, the washer’s inner drum tilts backward 3.5°. The joints between the inner drum and outer cylinder all use a 270° rolled-edge design. They feature smooth surfaces and small gaps. This can further reduce garment damage as well as improve laundry safety. Clients learned more about equipment internal structures, key components, and assembly standards. They gained a deep understanding of equipment materials, structure design, and process quality.

As the global environmental requirements continuously rise, the demand for soft-mount washers has significantly increased. This is not a simple change, but a comprehensive upgrade of industrial washers’ structure. Kingstar equipment features a unique bottom-suspended structure design. This provides excellent vibration reduction performance under high-speed operation and complex running conditions. This also extends equipment service life and reduces maintenance costs.
